Liz Elton is an artist living and working in London. Elton’s work begins in painting, exposed to the elements, becoming damaged and broken, its gestural marks partially erased. Documentation embeds a sense of shifting and uncertainty, gestures dissolving into the digital.

She received BA Fine Art in Painting at Wimbledon College of Art, UAL (2009) and MA Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art and Design, UAL (2012). Recent exhibitions were held in various parts in London such as Continuum of Ceaseless Change (CCC) at A.P.T. Gallery, Deptford (2014), Off the Wall at Terrace Gallery, Haggerston (2014) and Into The Fold at Camberwell Space, Peckham (2014).
